本ガイドの内容：

• 一般講演，招待講演等各講演をされる方へのガイドです．
  インタラクティブセッション（ショートプレゼンテーション，ポスター発表）に関しては別ページを参照ください．
• Imaging Conference JAPAN2023にてプレゼンテーションをして頂くために必要な，原稿の作成要領を示します．
  発表時の注意事項についてもお知らせします．

プレゼンテーション原稿作成要領：

• レイアウトは水平配置(Landscape Format)としてください．
• フォントサイズはタイトルに36 point，本文は24（最小）～30 pointを使用してください．
• １頁，最大９行の文および数式としてください．
• 文字色は背景とコントラストが高く，読み易い色を選択してください．
• グラフの曲線は太いラインにて，点線，破線などを使うか簡単なラベルを付けてください．
• グラフ中にグリッドラインは入れないよう注意してください．
• グレー背景に色ラインのグラフは避けて下さい．
• グラフの軸，軸スケール，軸タイトルははっきりと大きなフォントで表示してください．

プレゼンテーション方法：

• 今大会はハイブリッド開催のため，大会会場またはオンラインでの発表となります．
• 配信ツールはZoomを使用します。このため会場で発表される方も，一旦Zoomに入って頂きZoom上で発表して頂きます．
• オンラインで発表される方は，有線LANでの接続などネットワーク環境の良い場所での発表を推奨します．
• 大会前にオンラインでのリハーサルを行います．詳細は別途ご連絡いたします．
• 大会会場で発表される方は、発表するセッションが始まる前に接続確認を行います．

講演時間について：

各講演時間は、以下のとおりになっております．プログラムをスムーズに進めるために、講演時間は厳守して頂きますよう宜しくお願いします．

• 一般講演

講演、質疑応答および交代時間を含めて20分となります．5分程度の質疑応答を考慮してプレゼンテーションファイルをお作り下さい．

• 基調講演

講演，質疑応答および交代時間を含めて，基調講演は50分となります．5分程度の質疑応答の時間を考慮してプレゼンテーションファイルをお作り下さい．

• 受賞記念講演

論文賞、KM研究奨励賞受賞記念講演は、質疑応答含めて30分となります．

• This is a guide for those who will give oral papers, invited papers, etc.
  Please refer to another page for interactive sessions (short presentations, poster presentations).
• Here are the guidelines for preparing a manuscript for presentations at the Imaging Conference JAPAN 2023.
  We will also inform you about the precautions at the time of presentation.

Instructions for preparing a presentation manuscript:

• The layout should be horizontal (Landscape Format).
• Use a font size of 36 point for the title and 24 (minimum) to 30 point for the text.
• Please make one page, maximum 9 lines of sentences and formulas.
• Select a text color that has a high contrast with the background and is easy to read.
• Curves in graphs should be thick lines, dotted, dashed, etc., or simply labeled.
• Be careful not to include grid lines in the graph.
• Avoid graphs with colored lines on a gray background.
• Graph axes, axis scales, and axis titles should be clearly displayed in large font.

Presentation method:

• Since this conference is a hybrid event, presentations will be made at the conference venue or online.
• The delivery tool uses Zoom. For this reason, those who will be presenting at the venue will be asked to enter Zoom once and make a presentation on Zoom.
• If you are presenting online, we recommend that you do so in a place with a good network environment, such as a wired LAN connection.
• Online rehearsals will be held before the conference. We will contact you for details.
• Those presenting at the conference venue will check the connection before the presentation session starts.

Presentation time:

The timetable for each lecture is as follows. In order for the program to proceed smoothly, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the lecture time.

• Oral Papers

It will be 20 minutes including the presentation, question-and-answer session, and changeover time. Please prepare a presentation file considering the question and answer period of about 5 minutes.

• keynote speech

The keynote speech will be 50 minutes, including the lecture, Q&A, and shift time. Please prepare the presentation file considering the time for Q&A of about 5 minutes.

• Award Lecture

The award Lecture will be 30 minutes including Q&A.
