invited papers, etc.<br \/>\nPlease refer to another page for interactive sessions (short presentations, poster presentations).<\/li>\n<li>Here are the guidelines for preparing a manuscript for presentations.<br \/>\nWe will also inform you about the precautions at the time of presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions for preparing a presentation manuscript:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The layout should be horizontal (Landscape Format).<\/li>\n<li>Use a font size of 36 point for the title and 24 (minimum) to 30 point for the text.<\/li>\n<li>Please make one page, maximum 9 lines of sentences and formulas.<\/li>\n<li>Select a text color that has a high contrast with the background and is easy to read.<\/li>\n<li>Curves in graphs should be thick lines, dotted, dashed, etc., or simply labeled.<\/li>\n<li>Be careful not to include grid lines in the graph.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid graphs with colored lines on a gray background.<\/li>\n<li>Graph axes, axis scales, and axis titles should be clearly displayed in large font.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Presentation method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Since this conference is a hybrid event, presentations will be made at the conference venue or online.<\/li>\n<li>The delivery tool uses Zoom. For this reason, those who will be presenting at the venue will be asked to enter Zoom once and make a presentation on Zoom.<\/li>\n<li>If you are presenting online, we recommend that you do so in a place with a good network environment, such as a wired LAN connection.<\/li>\n<li>Online rehearsals will be held before the conference. We will contact you for details.<\/li>\n<li>Those presenting at the conference venue will check the connection before the presentation session starts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Presentation time:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The timetable for each lecture is as follows. In order for the program to proceed smoothly, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the lecture time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Oral Papers, Focal Speech<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It will be 20 minutes including the presentation, question-and-answer session, and changeover time. Please prepare a presentation file considering the question and answer period of about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keynote Speech<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The keynote speech will be 50 minutes, including the lecture, Q&amp;A, and shift time.
