Presentation Guide

Presentation Method:
In the conference, only the LCD projector can be used.The overhead projector (OHP) can not be used.
Presentation Slides:
Please make the slide legible in reference to the site of IS&T (http://www.imaging.org/resources/vcguide/index.cfm).
Presentation Time:
The amount of time allotted for each type of paper is as follows. Please check your presentation time and keep to it in order to conduct the program smoothly.
[General Papers] 20 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time)
[Invited Papers] 30 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time)
[Poster Papers] 5 minutes oral preview and 110 minutes poster exhibit
When your oral preview is passed through the time of the schedule, your presentation would be immediately finished. Please make the slides for non-stop presentation, which arranged the lecture outline, especially, emphasized the introduction part. For the discussion of poster paper, the sufficient time (110 minutes) is scheduled after the oral preview (from 14:40 to 16:30).
Poster Paper Presentation
The size of your poster presentation board is 1.8 m high × 0.9 m wide. See below.

Two boards are prepared for each person. The poster is up to A0 size and one poster is put on one board. Your posters have to be on display from 13:10 to 13:50.
We are planning The Best Poster Award. The winner is commended at the social hour.
Prior to your presentation:
In the conference, the PC for common use is prepared. Please bring your presentation file stored at USB memory or CD-R. and check if it works before your session. It is possible to use your own laptop.
In non-stop presentation of poster papers, only the common use PC is used. Please bring your presentation file stored at USB memory or CD-R and hand it to the conference registration desk by 9:40a.m.
When you use the PC for common use, please make the name of your slide file as follows:
S-P_author.ppt
  [ S: Session identification, P: Paper number
Example: A-28_Nagayama.ppt
