Invitation and Instruction to Authors
You are cordially invited to participate in this conference. The committee will be pleased to consider presentations on the topics listed in the Proposed Program Topics as well as related topics. Time to be allocated for the presentation of each paper should be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. The conference languages are Japanese and English. Please submit an abstract of 100-200 words and the application form with a biographical sketch by March 9, 2001.

Author(s) will be notified of acceptance of their paper and receive ﾒAuthors Kitsﾓ in the middle of March, 2001. A full paper of four pages must be prepared in camera-ready form for publications in the Proceedings and submitted by April, 27, 2002.
