Audiences are requested to register their name at the reception before their entrance to the conference room. Audiences without registration & not holding the name tag will not be permitted to enter the conference room. Registration fee will include the fee for proceedings of the conference, as shown underneath. Members are requested to show their memberユs (ID) card or report their member number to the reception desk. Non-members of the supporting membersユ groups are also requested to show their supporting memberユs card. Memberユs not holding the ID card will be dealt as non-members.

*Format of presentation
Time length for presentation will be 20 minutes including 5 minutes for comments and discussion on the topics. Participants are requested to be precise and punctual with their individual presentation. OHP&LCD projectors will be available for presentation. Further, to extend the time for exchanging views among the participants & audiences, author's interview session will be held twice, (morning & afternoon) after the completion of the presentation session. Participants are requested not to leave the room during the (author's interview) session.

 A get-to-gather party will be held at PARURU PLAZA Kyoto, 6th floor, Conference room from   
 PM17:05, on the 25th November, 2004 (day before the conference). Free of charge.
