Instructions to Poster Authors
This information concerns your non-stop oral and poster presentations and your manuscript.

From the enclosed tentative timetable for PPIC/JH'98, you will be able to find the day and time of your presentation.

5 minutes Non-stop Oral Presentation
Each oral presentation is 5 minutes duration without Q&A. at JA Hall. You will present key-point of your paper shortly before your poster presentation.
The presentation facility is OHP (Over Head Projector) Projector. You should use OHP projector only for non-stop presentation.

Poster Presentation
The title of the presentation, author(s), and affiliation(s) should be clearly indicated on your poster.
You will be assigned a board surface for displaying your poster. Adhesive materials will be supplied. Poster is located at International Conference Hall.

Your manuscript
　All speakers should submit their paper for publication in Conference Proceeding.

　Two hardcopies of your manuscript must be submitted by no later than May 31, 1998.

　・It is anticipated that the typical number of pages will be 4 including 　　figures, graphs, etc. based on:
　・ Paper size A4 page size, 21.0cm x 29.7cm
　・ Margins right and left -= 1.9cm, top = 1.9cm, bottom = 2.54cm
　・Fonts Text: 10 point font, Times and Symbol
　・Title:24 point, Times Bold, Center
　・Name and Affiliation: 14 point Times Bold Italic, Center
　　Head: 12 point, Times Bold, Center
　・Single spaced text
　・Columns 2 balanced columns, 8.28cm width, 0.635cm gap
