| How to participate in ISEP 2010 |
| Pre-registration |
| a) | ISEP2010 provides pre-registration to avoid congestion around the registration desk on the conference day.
The pre-registration opens at the end of August. Discount fee is applied if you make your pre-registration until Oct. 25th (Mon.). |

| c) | Pre-Registration confirmation mail will be sent back. |
| d) | Please print out the pre-registration conformation mail for showing it at the registration desk on the day. |

| | Registration at the Conference Site |
| a) | Registration desk is placed at the entrance of the "Room 201" on the 2nd floor of the “International Conference Hall”. Please make your registration at the registration desk. Wear your name tag on your jacket while you are in the room. Those who don't wear the name tag are refused to enter the room. |
| b) | Please show a copy of the pre-registration confirmation mail at the registration desk if you have done your
pre-registration. Please indicate your (or your company's) ISJ/SID/IS&T member's ID card if you have not pre-registered. If you don't have anything to identify your membership, you are registered as a non-member. Please indicate your student ID card if you are a student or a student member. |
| c) | The registration fees are as below table. The conference registration includes: admission to ISEP session and a conference proceeding CD. Only payment by cash is available on the site. |

| Notes |
| a) | Because of limited seating, we accept only the first 250 applications. Pre-registration is strongly recommended. |
| b) | We do not arrange any interpreters.
| | c) | Proceeding paper book is not available. |
| d) | We are planning to carry out a field test of e-paper proceeding. A limited number of e-paper reader terminals are provided to those who would like to take part in this test.
