[When changing member information]

If there are any changes to the member information registered at the time of membership, please promptly change it using the method below. We are currently planning major changes to the system, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

●If you are a regular member or a student member, please download the personal member information change application form below, fill it out, and send it as an email attachment.

When filling out the application form, please fill in all items that have changed. For matters that do not have a space to fill in, please fill in the communication field.

 

If you do not have an e-mail address, please inform the secretariat of the changes by fax, telephone, etc. Changes will be made at the secretariat.

 

●To change your supporting company membership information, please download the Supporting Company Membership Information Change Application Form below, fill it out, affix your seal, and mail the original or a copy to the Imaging Society of Japan Secretariat, or send the PDF as an email attachment.

[When Withdrawing]

 

If you wish to withdraw from membership, please submit a notice of withdrawal. If you did not submit a notice of withdrawal at the end of the previous fiscal year and were enrolled on April 1st of the following fiscal year, we will continue your membership and will send you an invoice at the beginning of the fiscal year (April). The deadline for payment of the invoice is the end of June. If you withdraw your membership after May 20th, you will receive two copies of the journal, and as a general rule, you will be required to pay the membership fee for that year. Please be careful.

 

●Individual members (regular members, student members, senior members, honorary members)

Please download the withdrawal form below, fill it out, and send it as an attachment to the email form below.
