“Copying Machine Heritage” Logo

Introducing the logo that symbolizes the “copy machine heritage” certification project. It will be used in academic journal articles, academic conference events, commemorative events, and souvenirs related to the copier heritage.

Inspired by traditional arabesque patterns, the vines that grow in a circular pattern form the parts that make up the photocopier’s imaging process. It depicts how an image is formed on paper through each sub-process and then output as a copy.
Arabesque is a decorative figure that has been passed down from the ancient Mesopotamian era to the present day, and was designed with the hope that the legacy of copying machines will be passed down to future generations.
The font “French Script MT” was selected for the words “Copying Machine Heritage” to match the design of the logo.
