ICJ 2007 Fall Meeting:Presentation Guide

Presentation Method:

In the conference [Imaging Conference JAPAN 2007 Fall Meeting], only the LC-projector (liquid crystal projector) can be used. *The overhead projector [OHP] can not be used.

Presentation Slides:

Referring to the site of IS&T (http://www.imaging.org/resources/vcguide/index.cfm), please make the slide with the legible audience.

Presentation Time:

The amount of time allotted for each type pf paper was shown in the following. Please observe your presentation time strictly in order to smoothly promote the program.

20 minutes (includs time for Q&A[about 5 minutes])

[Oral Papers]

17 minutes (includs time for Q&A[about 4 minutes] and for change the presenter)

[Non-stop Presentation for Poster Papers (oral preview)]

3 minutes.

When your oral preview is passed through the time of the schedule, your presentation would be immediately finished. Please make the slid for non-stop presentation, which arranged the lecture outline, especially, emphasized the introduction part. For the discussion of poster paper, the sufficient time (60 minutes) is scheduled after the lunch time (from 13:00 to 14:00).

Poster Paper Presentation

Your poster and/or other materials have to be on display by 10:20.
Poster session is shceduled after the lunch time from 13:00 to 14:00.
Ii is important that you stand by your paper during this scheduled time of the session so that you are available to discuss your work with attendees.
Detailed information for the size of your presentation area (poster board) is published later.

Upon arrival/Prior to your presentation:

In the conference, the PC selector with 4 sockets for PC connection is prepared. It is possible using individual laptop computer in the oral session. Please check the working your laptop computer or action of your presentation slide, before the session begins (as soon as possible). In order to cope with the case in which there is a problem for connection and display, please bring your presentation file stored at USB memory or CD-R.
In non-stop presentation of poster papers, the session's laptop computer is used. Please bring your presentation file stored at USB memory or CD-R and set into the session's laptop computer by 9:00 am. (Please contact the AV chair, when you arrived the conference registration desk).

Please make the name of your sile file as follows:
