ICJ 2016: Presentation Guide (Eng)

The following information may be changed slightly after the final program will be determined. Please check the newest instruction for presentation which will be announced on the web page of ICJ2016(http://www.imaging-society-japan.org/event/conference/ICJ2016/ICJ2016_presentation.html ).

Presentation Method:

In the conference, only the LCD projector can be used.The overhead projector (OHP) can not be used.

Presentation Slides:

Please make the slide with the legible style for audience.

Presentation Time:

Presentation time allotted for each type of paper is as follows. Please check your presentation time and keep to it in order to conduct the program smoothly.

[General Papers (Oral)]	20 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time)
[Invited Papers]	Keynote Speech: 50 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time) Topical session: 45 minutes(includes 5-minute Q&A time) Commemoration Lecture of Paper Award and Konica Minolta Research Encouraging Grant: 30 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time) Topical Lecture: 40 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time)
[Authors' Interview (General papers)]	Authors' Interview is scheduled after the session. Presenters are required to prepare the copy of presentation materials. [Time ]: 20 minutes [Venue]: Front(forward) of the conference room
[Non-stop Presentation for Interactive Papers (oral preview)]	3 minutes (without Q&A time) When your oral preview is passed through the time of the schedule, you would be requested to finish your speech immediately. Please arrange your slides for non-stop presentation shortly including the lecture outline, especially, emphasizing the introduction part. The presenters don’t have any Q&A time in the non-stop presentation. The sufficient time (150 minutes) is scheduled in the afternoon for discussion with posters. Each presenter is expected to stand in front of his or her poster for explanation and discussion during predetermined period of time.

Interactive Paper Presentation

The size of your poster area is 1.0 m high x 1.3 m wide. Please refer figures below.
Your poster and/or other materials have to be on display by 12:50.

Your poster is requested to be on display till 13:00 on the final day of the conference. If you or your colleagues cannot pick up your poster by yourself, please trust to the ICJ committee for its properly disposition.

Prior to your presentation:

For the oralpapers, your own laptop or the conference PC for common use (Windows 7/Powerpoint 2010) are available.

Please check the motion of your laptop computer or behavior of your presentation slide at your conference room before the session begins (as soon as possible). In order to cope with the case in which there would be any problem with connection or display, please prepare your presentation file backup on USB memory or CD-R.

For the non-stop presentation of interactive papers, only the conference laptop computer (Windows 7/ Power point 2010) is used for efficient operation. Your presentation slide file will be requested to send us prior to your presentation day. Details will be announced before the end of May by e-mail.

When you use the conferene PC for common use, please save your slide file under the name as follows;
