■参加費について

• 参加費は以下の通りです．
  参加費には会場で配布する冊子版および大会ウェブサイトで配信する電子版の日本画像学会論文集を含みます．
• 事前登録の場合は，参加費はメールでお送りする請求書に従って振り込み期限までにお支払いください．
• お支払い日の変更など，ご質問やご要望がありましたら参加登録メールに返信の形でご連絡ください．
• 下記の協賛学会員の方は，会員扱いといたします．
  日本印刷学会，日本写真学会，画像電子学会，日本視覚学会，日本機械学会，デジタルテキスタイル研究部会，色材協会，加飾技術研究会

• 日本画像学会会員で無い方は，この機会に会員登録されますと，コンファレンス等の費用が安くなります．
  例： 非会員のまま参加登録＝23,100円（事前割引） ⇒入会して会員として参加登録＝20,000円（会費8,000円＋会員参加費12,000円）

■特別イベントについて

• 特別イベント(ワークショップ『若い力のつながりで拓く！画像技術者の未来座談会』，インクジェットショーケース，Imaging Today特別セッション)の参加申し込みも可能です．
• インクジェットショーケースの参加には，ICJ2026参加費のほかに，参加費 1,000円(不課税)が必要です．

■懇親会のお知らせ

• 発表者，講演者と参加者の懇親を深めるために，第一日目の夕方に，懇親会を開催いたします.皆様お誘い合わせの上，お気軽にご参加ください.

Registration

• ICJ2026 will be held hybrid style. Both online pre-registration and onsite registration will be available. However, please register in advance at the pre-registration website to avoid congestion around the registration desk on the conference days. The application deadline is May 29th (Friday).
• Online participant MUST register in advance since Zoom address will be sent prior to the conference. The address will be sent to participants who accomplish both pre-registration and payment of the registration fee.
• Discount fee is applied if you make a pre-registration on the website by May 16th (Friday). Since the presenter is premised on participation, the participation fee discount will be applied. Additionally, special discount rates are available for those under 40 years old and for groups of three eligible for the discount.
• If you are a supporting company member, you can participate for one member with one supporting company membership card.
• If you are applying for participation, please be sure to register for one person per person.

Registration fee

• The registration fee is as follows. The fee includes a conference proceeding book of the Imaging Society of Japan.
•  Please pay the registration fee by the transfer deadline according to the invoice sent.
•  If you have any questions or requests, such as changing the payment date, please contact us in the form of a reply to the registration email.
• Sponsored society members will be treated as members.
• Non-member can save registration fee if he (she) signs-up to be an ISJ member.

Special Events

• You can also register to participate in special events (workshop “Opening the Future of Image Technology Through Connections of Young People! Roundtable Discussion,” Inkjet Showcase, and Imaging Today special session).
• In addition to the ICJ2026 participation fee, participation in the Inkjet Showcase requires a participation fee of 1,000 yen (non-taxable).

Social Hour

• Onsite Social Hour will be held in the evening of the firstday in order to deepen the friendship between presenters, speakers and participants. Please don’t hesitate to join us.
