Using A4-size papers, set all margins (left, right, top, and bottom) to 2.00 cm. Manuscripts should be a maximum of 4 pages; longer papers will be returned for revision. Please do not place page numbers in your manuscript. |
| Composition of the Manuscript |
On the top of the first page, paper title and information for author(s) should be written in one column format. And continuously, a brief abstract of your research should be written with around 100 words. After this section, body part of your manuscript with section title and/or subsection title should be written in 2 column format. Furthermore, your mailing address and e-mail address will be written in footnote region on the bottom of the first page.
When designing figures, keep in mind that the proceeding book will be printed in black & white, although PDF verision on CD-ROM will appear in color.

| Template for MS-Word |
We prepared the template file (MS-Word) for preparing the manuscript of this conference. The manuscript should be formatted using the modified style provided in this template document, i.e., Paper Title, Author Name(s), affiliation, Abstract, Section Title, Subsection Title, body, Figure and Table, Figure Caption, References, etc. in a 2 column format on A4-size paper.

| About PDF files |
File type is PDF (be compatible with Acrobat 5.0, 6.0, or 7.0).
The color document is also accepted, if the file size is within the restriction (5MB). The compression tool is not used.
Please keep the file name like the following;
[familyname_firstname.pdf], for example, if your name is “ Hideki Matusi”, file mane is [matsui_hideki.pdf].
[PaperNo_familyname_firstname.pdf], for example, if your name is “Ichiro Suzuki”, file name is [No51_ichiro_suzuki.pdf].

| About Copyright |
After publish the conference proceeding, copyright to the paper is transferred to The Imaging Society of Japan.
After our acceptance of your paper, the copyright is transferred to The Imaging Society of Japan. If the first author has a membership of the SPSTJ, the copyright of the paper is retransferred to The Society of Photographic Science and Technology of Japan after PPIC08 conference.
