This page is to provide speakers and authors some guidelines for producing effective presentation at the 1st International Conference on Advanced Imaging. We include some rules to handle your presentation data file.
Official language is English.
Presentation Method:
In the conference, only the LCD projector can be used.The overhead projector (OHP) can not be used. MS Power Point (.ppt or .pptx) is installed in the conference PC. Please prepare a copy of your presentation file converted to PDF against unexpected error.
Presentation Slides:

Please make the slide with the legible style for audience.
Presentation Time:
Presentation time allotted for each type of paper is as follows. Please check your presentation time and keep to it in order to conduct the program smoothly.

Keynote Speech: 50 minutes (includes 5-minute Q&A time)
Invited Papers : 30 minutes(includes 5-minute Q&A time)

We do not set Author's interview time in  program time.
Please take an interview of five minutes after the presentation at the Holl lobby.

for Posters
(oral preview)]
2 minutes (without Q&A time)
Short oral presentation sessions are scheduled on June 18 from 10:00 to 11:20: A1 & A2 at Hitotsubashi Hall and B1 & B2 at Mid-size Conference Room I. You have just two minutes to attract and invite the audience to your poster exhibition. Please prepare your short presentation material before June 10th. See "Prior to your presentation'' below.
Poster Exhibition
Before the poster exhibition, we have short oral presentation sessions. See the "Presentation Time'' above.
We have two poster exhibition on June 18. One (A1 & B1) is from 12:20 to 14:10, the other (A2 & B2) from 15:00 to 16:50.
Please display your poster by no later than 12:20 or 15:00 according to your assigned session.
The program committee will select the best poster presentations, and provide the Best Poster Award at the Reception (18:00) on the day. Please attend the Reception.

The size of your poster area is about 1.0 m high x 1.3 m wide. Please refer the figure below. Note that none of desk, chair nor power supply will be prepared.
Prior to your presentation:
Oral Speakers
-In the conference, the oral speakers can use your own laptop or the conference PC for common use (Windows 7/8 Powerpoint 2013). Please check the motion of your laptop computer or behavior of your presentation slide at your conference room before the session begins (as soon as possible).
In order to cope with the case in which there would be any problem with connection or display, please prepare your presentation file backup on USB memory or CD-R.
Please decontaminate your USB device before you plug it into the conference PC.
When you install your file to the conference PC, please name your presentation file as follows;
S-P_author.ppt
 [ S: Session identification, P: Paper number ] ...... Example: T101-01_Obama.ppt
-In the case you use your own PC, please check your PC projection prior to your presentation.
Conference projector is available before morning presentation starts and during lunch break.
You cannot use conference projector during break time between sessions.


Short Presentation for Posters
For the short presentation of interactive papers, please prepare the two minutes presentation material in a PDF file, and send it to the ICAI office(icai@isj-imaging.org) by June 10th.
The file name should indicate your poster number and author's name like PA1-01_Obama.pdf.
Since the committee will gather the received files to just one PDF file, do not protect your file as the security option.
Note that the subject of your e-mail sending your PDF file should be "ICAI Interactive short presentation file [Poster No.]''.
