ICJ 2010: Exhibition

日本画像学会では、年次大会ICJ2010を、2010年6月9日～11日の三日間、東京、大井町駅前のきゅりあんにて開催予定です。国内外より、多くの画像技術・材料関係の参加者を見込んでおります。その中のイベントとして、展示会を二日間に渡って開催予定で、その募集要領がまとまりましたのでお知らせ致します。ご検討の程、宜しくお願い申し上げます。詳細な開催要項はお申込頂いた後、別途ご連絡します。
The Imaging Society of Japan provides ICJ 2010, the 105th Annual Conference on June 9 to 11 at "Curian" near Oimachi station, Tokyo. We see a large number of participants engaged in imaging technology and concerning material design. The exhibition will be held in two days during the conference period as the announcement below. Please consider to join us as an exhibitor. Further information will be given after the application.

1.スケジュール / Time-line：

2010年6月10日（木）	9:00　～　11:00	搬入・展示準備 / Carry-in, set up (1)
	11:00　～　17:00	展示 / Exhibition (2)
2010年6月11日（金）	10:00　～　16:00	展示 / Exhibition (2)
	16:00　～　17:00	搬出準備 / Carry-out（18:00 搬出完了/ Close-out）(3)

(1)	トラック等大型車両で搬入・搬出を行う場合は、地下駐車場入口(1F)横の搬入口をご使用ください。乗用車・ワゴン車の場合は地下駐車場（高さ制限2.05m）から搬入・搬出することができます。搬入口から会場（7Fイベントホール）までは台車がありますのでご利用いただけます。尚、地下駐車場は有料で30分200円となります。基本的には当日朝の搬入をお願いしたいと思いますが、前日搬入を希望される場合は必ず事務局の方までご一報ください（保管場所に限りがあります）
(2)	夜間は施錠されますので展示品等はそのままにしておいていただけます．
(3)	搬入時と同じ要領となります。宅配便ご利用の場合は、きゅりあん2Fに受付窓口がありますのでご利用いただけます．
(1)	The carry-in entrance at the ground-floor level is for a heavy traffic, and the entrance at the basement garage is for a light vehicle (height limit: 2.05m). Carriages are available from the entrance to the event hall at the 7th floor. The parking fee of the basement garage is 200 yen per 30 min. Carrying-in is limited on the day in general. IF you need to carry-in on the previous day, please ask the exhibition organizer (storage volume is limited).
(2)	The hall is locked at night. You can leave the exhibit lay there.
(3)	Same way as the carrying-in. Parcel delivery service is available via the office at the 2nd floor.

3. 展示費用 / Exhibition fee：

２日間の展示費用は，￥50,000（税込み）／ブースとなります。７月の技術講習会の展示会にも出展される場合は、ディスカウント（合計￥80,000を予定）となります。
実費として、上記展示費用+備品代、電気代等の請求書がコンファレンス終了後に各社に送られますので、お支払いをお願い致します。
Two days exhibition fee is 50,000 yen per booth (include tax). If you also intend to exhibit at the ISJ's Lecture Session held in July, a discount fee (predetermined fee: 80,000 yen in total) is applied.
Above exhibition fee, gear rental fee, electricity expense and so on will be billed at cost after the conference.

4. 広告 / Advertisement：

お送り頂く広告１ページ（白黒）が論文集に掲載予定です。また、同梱のCDには、お送り頂く広告 (カラー)を掲載します。　広告のPDFファイルおよびプリント見本１部を、4/１4までに送付下さい。
また、各社のURLが本ウェブページに掲載されます。
One page of ad manuscript is run in the proceeding book in B/W. The same manuscript is run in the CD-ROM proceeding in color. Please send the PDF file of your ad page and its hardcopy until April 14.

5. 申込方法 / How to apply：

別紙の申込フォームにて受付けます。ご記入の上、メールまたはFAXにて以下の事務局までお送り下さい。申込期限：４／１４（水）　※ただし、展示スペースの都合上、申込が８件に達した段階で締切り。
Please fill in the application form below and send it to the exhibition organizer by e-mail or fax. The due date is April 14. Please note the recruitment will be closed if the number of application will reach eight.
