原稿の書き方が変わったためテンプレートファイルが改定されています．

• 予稿（MS-Word）ファイルをPDFに変換の上、MS-WordファイルとPDFファイルの両方をアップロードして下さい．予稿集は、投稿いただいた原稿を元に電子版予稿集として配布します．電子版予稿集はカラー原稿で配布されます．

1. 原稿提出方法及び提出物 ： ICJ講演投稿システム上でMS-WordファイルとPDFファイルの両方をアップロードして下さい．
2. 予稿集用原稿締切 ： 2023年4月10日(月)
3. 原稿枚数 ： ４枚または2枚
4. 原稿サイズ ： Ａ４用紙＜縦＞で作成してください．

5- 1. 投稿形式はMS-WordとPDFとします。下記のMS-Word原稿作成要領に従って作成した後、PDFファイルにしてください．
5- 2. 用紙はＡ４<縦>に、天地左右2.0cm以上の余白を取ってください．
5- 3. 第１頁には「題名、氏名、所属（いずれも和文および英文）、英文要旨（100 words程度）」を記入し、その下に「本文」を書きます．本文はまず左側カラム（500～600字程度）を書き、次に右側カラムを書きます．脚注には所属機関などの「郵便番号、住所（連絡先）」を和文と英文でそれぞれ書いてください。また、任意ですが、講演者のe-mailアドレス記載を奨励します．
5- 4. 所属名：所属が複数存在する場合、上付き数字で対応をとる．
5- 5. 発表者が複数の場合は、講演者の下にアンダーラインを付けます．
5- 6. ２頁以降は、用紙（Ａ４縦）全面に（一行目から）本文を書きます．
5- 7. 図、表のタイトルおよび説明は、英文で書きます．
5- 8. 図面は明瞭なものとするため，高解像なデータを貼りつけます．ビットマップ画像の場合，推奨解像度はカラー，グレースケールで350dpi以上，モノクロ2値で1200dpi以上です． ExcelやWordで作成した図形やテキストボックスを縮小して貼りつける場合は，紙面上での文字サイズ5ポイント以上，線の太さ0.3ポイント以上を確保してください． Ofiice描画ツール，GIF，png等で透過性を持たせた図形や画像は使用しないでください．
5- 9. 用語は、専門分野が異なる方にも理解できるように平易なものにします。略語を用いる場合には、最初に出てくる略語に（　）を付け省略しないものを記入して下さい．
5-10. 単位系は、ＳＩ単位とします．
5-11. 参考文献には、「著者、題名、雑誌名、巻、頁、発行年」をこの順番で記入します．

6. 著作権 ： 本学会では，学会として公表する著作物の著作権に関する取り扱いについて定めております．予稿集に掲載された論文の著作権は日本画像学会に帰属いただきます．著作者との権利特約等については下記をご参照ください．

• We have prepared a template (MS Word) for papers, so please use it. The file is in Zip compression format, so please decompress it before using. We have prepared two versions of the text, “Japanese” and “English”, so please check the contents before using.

• After converting the paper (MS-Word) file to PDF, upload both the MS-Word file and the PDF file. Papers will be distributed as an electronic version of the manuscripts submitted. The electronic version of the papers will be distributed in color.

1. Paper Submission Method and Materials: Please upload both MS-Word and PDF files on the ICJ paper submission system.
2. Deadline for manuscripts for the Proceedings: April 10, 2023 (Monday)
3. Number of documents: 4 or 2
4. Paper size: Please use A4 paper <vertical>.

5- 1. Papers should be submitted in MS-Word and PDF formats. After creating the paper according to the MS-Word paper preparation guidelines below, please convert it to a PDF file.
5- 2. Use A4 (portrait) paper with margins of 2.0 cm or more on the top, bottom, left and right.
5- 3. Write the title, name, affiliation, and an abstract (about 100 words) on the first page, and write the main text below. For the text, first write the left column (about 500 to 600 characters), then write the right column. In the footnote, please write the postal code and address (contact information) of the affiliated institution. Also, although it is optional, It is recommended to include the speaker’s e-mail address.
5- 4. Affiliation: When there are multiple affiliations, the numbers are superscripted.
5- 5. If there are multiple presenters, underline the speakers.
5- 6. From page 2 onwards, write the text (from the first line) on the entire surface of the paper (A4 portrait).
5- 7. Write the titles and explanations of figures and tables in English.
5- 8. Paste high-resolution data to make the drawing clearer. For bitmap images, the recommended resolution is 350dpi or more for color and grayscale, and 1200dpi or more for monochrome binary. When pasting figures or text boxes created with Excel or Word after reducing them, ensure that the character size on the paper is 5 points or more and the line thickness is 0.3 points or more. Do not use figures or images that have been made transparent by Ofiice drawing tools, GIF, png, etc.
5- 9. Use simple terms so that people with different specialties can understand them. When using abbreviations, please add () to the first abbreviation and write it without omitting it.
5-10. The unit system shall be SI units.
5-11. For references, enter “author, title, journal name, volume, page, year of publication” in this order.

6. Copyright: The Society has established rules regarding the handling of copyrights for works published by the Society. The copyright of the papers published in the proceedings shall belong to the Imaging Society of Japan. Please refer to the following for the special agreement with the author.
