インタラクティブセッション概要：

ポスター発表は、ショートプレゼンテーションとポスター展示を実施します．

ショートプレゼンテーション：

ショートプレゼンテーションは、皆様から下記要領で作成頂いた、3分間の発表音声付パワーポイントを合体し、連続で流すことで対応いたします．直接発表して頂く講演はありません．

ショートプレゼンテーション原稿作成要領：

音声付きのパワーポイントを連続で配信いたしますので、以下の注意事項を必ず順守してください．

• • 発表に用いるパワーポイントはoffice365対応のものとします．スライドの大きさは4：3としてください．発表音声は必ずつけてください．
  • 発表音声のつけ方は、リンク先にあるマニュアルを参考にして下さい．音声を録音する方法マニュアル
  • レイアウトは水平配置(Landscape Format)としてください．
  • 枚数は規定しません．タイトルページ1枚、内容ページ4枚を目安にしておりますが、内容ページは適宜、増減していただいて結構です．ただし、3分間の制限を厳守願います．
  • フォントの大きさや色、背景やデザインテンプレートの使用等は自由ですが、基本的にアニメーションは使用不可とします．
  • 画像を貼り付ける場合は、適当な画素数に落とすなどデータ量にご注意ください．
  • タイトルページの右上に発表番号を入れてください．それ以降の内容ページには最下部に発表者名（代表者のみでも可）と所属（略記も可）をご記入ください．

作成後は、後日連絡するサーバーのフォルダーにアップロードをお願いします．送付期限は別途ご連絡いたします．

ポスター展示方法：

現地会場でポスター展示発表場所を設けて、聴講者と発表者の間で活発な議論をしていただきます．現地のみでの開催となりますので、必ず出席をお願いいたします。

• • ポスターの大きさ
    一件当たり、幅900mm・高さ1800mmの展示パネルを用意いたします。A0サイズのポスターが掲出可能です。また、この範囲であればA4版用紙を複数枚掲示するなど自由にご使用ください。
  • ポスターの掲示
    ポスターは指定時間に会場の指定されたパネルに掲示してください。貼付け用具は会場に用意いたします。
  • サンプル等の展示
    展示パネル前にサンプル等を展示希望の場合は事前にお知らせください．原則として、電源を必要とする展示はできません．どうしても必要とする場合は事前に下記アドレスへご相談ください．当日では対応できません． 
  • ポスターの撤去
    ポスターは翌日29日のSatellite-ICAIでも掲示します．それが終了した後に撤去をお願いいたします．

表彰について：

最優秀ポスター賞および編集委員長賞の授与を予定しております．発表は大会１日目の夕方に開催される懇親会の場となります．

Interactive session summary:

The interactive session will consist of short presentations and poster exhibitions.

Short presentation:

For short presentations, we will combine 3-minute PowerPoint presentations with audio presentations prepared by everyone in the following manner and show them continuously. There are no lectures to be announced directly.

Instructions for writing a short presentation manuscript:

Since PowerPoint with audio will be distributed continuously, please be sure to observe the following precautions.

The PowerPoint used for the presentation must be compatible with office365. The slide size should be 4:3. Please be sure to include the audio of your presentation.
Please refer to the manual on the link for how to add the presentation audio. How to record audio manual
The layout should be horizontal (Landscape Format).
The number of sheets is not specified. A title page and 4 content pages are recommended, but you can increase or decrease the number of content pages as needed. However, please strictly observe the 3-minute limit.
The size and color of fonts, backgrounds, design templates, etc. can be freely used, but basically animations are not allowed.
When pasting an image, please pay attention to the amount of data, such as dropping it to an appropriate number of pixels.
Please enter the presentation number in the upper right corner of the title page. Please write the name of the presenter (only the representative is acceptable) and the affiliation (abbreviation is also acceptable) at the bottom of the content page after that.

After creating it, please upload it to the folder on the server that will be contacted later. We will notify you of the delivery deadline separately.

Poster display method:

A space will be set up at the venue for poster presentations, and lively discussions will be held between the audience and presenters. Please be sure to attend as it will only be held locally.

・poster size

We will prepare an exhibition panel with a width of 900mm and a height of 1800mm for each exhibition. A0 size posters can be posted. Also, if it is within this range, please use it freely, such as posting multiple sheets of A4 size paper.

・Posting posters

Post your poster on the designated panel at the venue at the designated time. Mounting tools will be provided at the venue.

・Exhibition of samples, etc.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to display samples before the exhibition panel. As a general rule, exhibits that require a power source are not permitted. If you absolutely need it, please contact us in advance at the address below. Same day service is not available.  

・Removal of posters

Posters will also be displayed at Satellite-ICAI on the 29th. Please remove it after it is finished.

Awards:

We plan to award the best poster award and the editorial committee award. Presentations will be made at the social hours held on the evening of the first day of the conference.
