参加の事前登録は終了しました。

■参加登録(事前)について

ICJ2023は，ハイブリッド開催の予定です.事前の参加登録に加え，当日会場でも受付を行います.
会場での混雑を避けるため，事前の参加登録をお願いいたします.
オンラインでご参加希望の方およびオンラインと対面の双方でご参加希望の方は，開催前に Zoom アドレスを配信いたしますので，必ず事前の参加登録をお願いいたします.事前に参加登録し，参加費の振り込みが確認できた場合のみ，アドレスを配信いたします.
5 月 31 日(水)までに事前参加登録にお申込みいただくと，参加費割引が適用されます.
発表者は，参加を前提としておりますので，参加費割引が適用されます.
維持会員の方は維持会員証 1 枚で会員 1 名分の参加となります.
参加申し込みの方は，お一人につき必ず 1 名の参加登録のお願いをいたします.

■参加費について

参加費は以下の通りです。参加費にはデジタル配布する日本画像学会の論文集を含みます．
事前登録の場合は，参加費はメールでお送りする請求書に従って振り込み期限までにお支払いください.
お支払い日の変更など，ご質問やご要望がありましたら参加登録メールに返信の形でご連絡ください.
協賛学会員の方は，会員扱いといたします．

参加費	5/31まで／	6/1以降
会　員（非課税）	12,000円／	13,000円	(会員番号(会員証)，もしくは維持会員番号(維持会員証)をご入力(ご提示)下さい)
非会員（課税）	21,000円／ +(2,100 )	22,000円 +(2,200 )	（()内は税額）
学　生（税込）	2,000円／	2,000円	(会場受付の際は学生証をご提示ください)

日本画像学会会員で無い方は，この機会に会員登録されますと，コンファレンス等の費用が安くなります．
例：非会員のまま参加登録＝23,100円（事前割引） ⇒入会して会員として参加登録＝20,000円（会費8,000円＋会員参加費12,000円）

Pre-registration

ICJ2023 will be held hybrid style. Both online pre-esgistration and onsite registration will be available.
Please register in advance at the pre-registration website to avoid congestion around the registration desk on the conference days.
Online participant MUST resigter in advance since Zoom adress will be sent prior to the conference. The adress will be sent to participants who accomplish both pre-registration and payment of the registration fee.
Discount fee is applied if you make a pre-registration on the website by May 31st (Wednesday).
Since the presenter is premised on participation, the participation fee discount will be applied.
If you are a supporting company member, you can participate for one member with one supporting company membership card
If you are applying for participation, please be sure to register for one person per person.

Registration fee

The registration fee is as follows. The fee includes a conference proceeding book distributed digitally by the Imaging Society of Japan.
Please pay the registration fee by the transfer deadline according to the invoice sent.
If you have any questions or requests, such as changing the payment date, please contact us in the form of a reply to the registration email.
Sponsored society members will be treated as members.
Non-member can save registration fee if he (she) signs-up to be a ISJ member.
